Welcome to eSamasya.com, a public grievance reporting platform based in Madhesh Pradesh, Nepal. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose / उद्देश्य

eSamasya is a citizen-driven platform that enables users to submit complaints or reports related to public or private issues. We forward those complaints to the appropriate authorities and inform users of the status updates.

2. User Responsibilities / प्रयोगकर्ताको जिम्मेवारी

• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• Do not submit fake or misleading complaints.
• Do not abuse, threaten, or harass others through this platform.
• You are responsible for the content you upload (images, videos, audio).
• Repeated abuse or false reporting will result in IP blocking or legal action.

3. Complaint Submission / गुनासो दर्ता प्रक्रिया

• All complaints are tracked using a unique ID (e.g., ESM00000001).
• Complaints may be anonymous, public, or private.
• Files must not exceed 20 MB and must be relevant to the issue.
• By submitting a complaint, you agree that it may be forwarded to concerned authorities for action.

4. Privacy & Data Handling / गोपनीयता र डेटा प्रबन्धन

• Personal data (name, phone, email) is never shared publicly.
• Location and device information are used for system verification and fraud detection.
• Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized administrators.

5. Blocking & Security / ब्लक र सुरक्षा नीति

• Submitting more than 10 invalid complaint IDs
• Attempting SQL injection or hacking activities
• Using download/scan tools to abuse the system
• Submitting repeated fraudulent or irrelevant reports

6. Limitation of Liability / उत्तरदायित्वको सीमा

• We are not responsible if the concerned authority delays or fails to respond.
• eSamasya is a communication and tracking platform, not a legal or investigative body.

7. Modifications / परिवर्तनहरू

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without notice. Please review them regularly.
